Our Wedding

Haley and Vincent's story began at a wedding in 2019, where a chance meeting turned into something unforgettable. They couldn't have foreseen how a sitting on a couch the morning after the wedding and a simple introduction would have led them to getting married as well.-The first few months together were filled with warm sunny days and long summer nights full of love and laughter - lake trips, fishing on quiet mornings, late nights on the cliffs in Rye, and many a margarita dates, and yes even dating through COVID.-It wasn't always sunshine and rainbows, but the couple supported each other through it all, even from afar. In 2021 Vincent began his career as a helicopter pilot, moving from New Hampshire to Florida, to Alaska, to NYC and while he was gone, Haley went back to school to obtain a master's degree in finance. Even though a brief break in the relationship happened, the couple remained in touch and devoted to finding each other again someday.-In June of 2023, the inevitable reconnect happened when Vincent came home to New Hampshire and began a rotor transition into airplanes. One of the most unforgettable experiences the couple had was a summer spent renting a 1957 Cessna 172 and flying it from Destin, Florida to Laconia NH and all over the eastern coast. The couple visited OBX, Niagra Falls, and eventually when Vincent built enough time up returning it to its owner but not before making a quick trip to the Bahamas.-Together, the couple enjoys spending time with their families who live all over New Hampshire, so no weekend is spent without a little adventure. They have built a little family of their own with their two cats Chikin and Turkey, who bring so much love and tons of zoomies to their home. Chikin, 7, is the lovable, not so cuddly except during bedtime, cat who really kept the couple connected through distance. He loves to look out the window and anxiously awaits breakfast and dinner time. Turkey, is a spitfire who can't get enough of her mouse and feather toys, who has knives for claws, but will always cuddle up during a movie.-Finally, in January 2025, in Vieques PR, a vacation that was meant to be filled with sunsets and sunrises, snorkeling, sunburns, and a whole lot of Medalla's turned into the best chapter of their journey. Vincent surprised Haley with a proposal on the last day of their vacation and they couldn't wait to come home and tell everyone.As the couple looks forward to celebrating their wedding day, they're so grateful to have the love and support of their family and friends who have been a part of the story from the very start.-- H&amp;V

Haley is very excited and cannot wait to marry her long-time love, Vincent! Sheps a cat mom of two, skiing in the winters and loves to be at home on the weekends gardening at her new home and relaxing in the summers on the lake or the beach, or really anywhere the UV is above a 6. She's very excited to celebrate this day with all of you!

Haley Poirier

Melissa and Haley have been best friends for over 10 years, through thick and thin, near and far, they always find a way back together. Fun fact about Melissa she shares a birthday with the groom! She enjoys creating A LOT, flowerpots, jewelry, etc etc you can catch her at local craft fairs selling her art. Above all else, Melissa has saved Haley thousands of dollars with free therapy advice (we knew that Master's Degree would pay off)

Melissa Mekula 

Carrie is a sucker for pickles at the bar, semi - professional pool player (kidding), and serves as Haley's standing coffee date. Haley and Carrie have worked together for 3 years and have developed a friendship unlike any other. They both share a love for their pets, and of course pickles.

Carrie Landers 

Ellen and Haley became friends through their significant others (oh did I mention she's engaged to the Groom's brother?) Ellen is from Germany and when she comes to visit always brings the best treats with her. Ellen is an amazing cook, the sweetest friend, and has the funniest stories. Haley cannot wait to be a part of her family as Sister In Law's.

Ava has known Haley since she was in high school. And now, Ava is a recent graduate of FIT in Melbourne Florida, is currently pursuing her Master's degree. (Go Ava!!) Ava is also the groom's sister and has become one of the bride's favorite people through her Reels, Tiktok's and GIF game. 

Ava Dorow 

Caitlin and Haley have known each other for a few years now. Caitlin is a fierce friend and will do anything for anyone she loves. Fun fact: Haley and Caitlin have the same birthday. Caitlin, despite living far away, *sigh* is a delight to be around, you'll all see!

Caitlin Shea

Allison and Haley met at work but that meeting quickly turned into friendship as they shared their love over Fancy Coffee Fridays, their mutual love for hobby gardening (Allison's more of a professional than Haley is, just ask to see her desk space). The pair have a mutual respect for one another and while they may not see each other as much as they once did (Allison took on a new position, boooooo) their love for one another continues to be as strong as before. 

Allison Layne

Sarah, mom to Haley, has always been an inspiration to Haley growing up. She raised two kids completely on her own and at times it seemed impossible. Sarah is the superhero mom that not everyone has but definitely deserves. Sarah is the Greenthumb queen and provides excellent advice to Vincent and Haley on what to grow and how to do have success. Sarah has supported Haley and her younger brother Alex throughout her whole life, and she couldn't be more thankful. Even though, Sarah refers to Haley's first born, Chikin, as her own. (sorry grandma, he's mine.)

Sarah Poirier

Vincent is the groom of the day! While he mostly enjoys working around the house with his Fiancé, he also enjoys skiing, hunting, spearfishing, and drinking whiskey with friends/family. He is very excited to share their day with all of you! 

Vincent Dorow

Mike is a traveler, and also the grooms brother! He is found visiting is fiancè Ellen (bridesmaid!) in Germany, hunting or golfing with the groom, or enjoying whiskey and cigars with friends. Also known for his incredible holiday gift giving, 

Mike Dorow 

Joe is an adventurer, and also the grooms brother! In the winter youll find him skiing or skinning up Tuckermans, in the summer hell be hiking, surfing, paragliding, the list goes on. This guy has a great GIF game and one of the best senses of humor you can find.

Joe Dorow

Cam worked as a professor at MMA when Vincent was a student. They quickly became close friends and began sailing together, going on weekend cruises on Cams sailboat ‘Plover’, and later ‘Heron’. This is where Vincent developed a love for Scotch. Cam has a high level of knowledge in anything maritime and history.

Cam Brien

Caiden and Vincent had been roommates in college, sharing a small dorm room for 2 years. We don’t need to say much more about that. Caiden has lots of handy skills and can fix about anything. Although his biggest passions include snowmaking and being home with his family. Caidens wife Cait is one of our lovely Bridesmaids. And their first daughter, Carter, is Vincent’s goddaughter! 

Caiden Shea

Alex and Vincent met in college at MMA. Often found doing stupid shit with Vincent and Caiden on campus. They share a love for sport bikes which they would ride together in college. Alex once drank 10 shots of vodka in under a minute. He is now found working on various boats on the beautiful Coast of Maine. 

Alex Webber

Tristan does excavation and can be found running equipment in the summers and traveling in the winters. While not sure exactly how they met (likely at a bonfire with underage drinking), Vincent and Tristan became close friends in high school who grew up just down the street from one another. Often meeting up with Josh (groomsman) to ride side-by-sides, night hunt for coyotes, or hang out at Castros/Margaritas.

Tristan Noiseux

Josh is a landscape guy who loves fishing, and just about anything outdoors. He and Vincent were the shitheads in high school geometry class. Remained friends ever since and is often found with Tristan (groomsman). One of Vincent’s favorite memories is the 3 of them ripping through the dark woods on old lawn mowers (lots of bumps!). 

Joshua Lehoux 

Jeff and Laureen have raised four wonderful kids, although the road wasn't always easy, they made it feel seamless. They taught their kids gratitude, strength, patience, and above all how to love unconditionally. They supported Vincent through three career changes (albeit two of which were in aviation) and made sure to be the best parents they could be for him and his three other siblings. In the winters you'll find them skiing at Waterville Valley, their home mountain. In the summers, relaxing on the lake and listening to Old Dominion Radio. Laureen and Jeff have provided insurmountable guidance to both Vincent and Haley in the years they've been together and for that, we cannot thank them enough.
